8 years ago I wrote a post asking people when they bring-a-plate to use a cloth or paper napkin or lidded container rather than clingwrap, after seeing utter wastefulness at school function!
7 years ago I begged parents to give children reuseable lunch boxes rather than clingwrapped or zip locked snacks/lunches after seeing bins overflowing and magpies eating the plastic wrappers strewn in and around school areas and playgrounds!
For 20+ years I have been refusing single use plastic bottles, cutlery, plates even while travelling around Asian countries, I refill and reuse my water bottles and carry my steel plates and cutlery everywhere there is food-at markets, events, social gatherings, airlines!
Now that truth about Microplastics is coming out-people are waking up!
Yes, we can now do this for our own health, but it will benefit our beautiful Earth too! So its an added bonus!:)
Remember we humans have lived and thrived for hundreds of years, picnicked, partied, had huge gatherings and feasts without any disposables! We can and should do it again!:)
This week in Menopause-Graceful Transition healing Journey I will be releasing and detoxing microplastics, pathogens, chemical toxins, radiations, outdated negative beliefs, suppressed emotions, self sabotaging behaviour and thought patterns from reproductive organs of 15 lovely ladies who are part of this beautiful healing!
Not too late if you still feel called to join us!!:)
