Way I treat children

This is something I am passionate about!

Why do we as parents feel we need to take our children to all the different specialists/doctors/therapists and discuss their problems in front of them?!

Do we realise that this causes trauma?! It takes away their belief in themselves, their own healing gifts and disempowers them?!

Why do we believe others know our children better than we do?!

How does it feel to keep hearing something is wrong with you and having that discussed with other people when you are right there?!

I DO NOT SEE KIDS below age of 8 in my healing work!

And yet most kids love the healing recording I do for them, and ask to listen to it, say they feel happy when they hear it! Some even ask to speak to me and thank me after they heal!

Children become quiet and listen, sometimes surprising their parents! Their behaviours change and physical issues dissolve-all without ever seeing me!

"So often in our zeal to help our children we can go totally overboard! I know I did!

When my than-8 year old woke up one morning, 4 years ago, with swollen eye and skin rash, I completely lost it! The diagnosis was allergies where all we could do manage symptoms with steroids, that come with lots of side effects!

So I went to alternative/holistic/natural practitioners, 7 of them altogether, to try and resolve this!

For 1.5 months, all I did after school and over weekends was to take him from one practitioner to another! It was tiring, draining not just financially, but also emotionally and time-wise!

One day as we were driving back from yet another appointment, my son asked me if he was going to die!! I was shocked! Why would he say that?!!

For a healthy child who had been to doctors just 3-4 times over 8 years of his life, this constant appointments were confusing and overwhelming!! Not just for him, but me as well!!

All the lovely people we saw had differing opinions and advice! All wanted to restrict or add certain things to our diet!! Many prescribed various oils, herbs, nutrients, supplements, and medications!! And none of them could say why this happened and when it would end!!

That day my son asked me-why cant you help me?!! I was studying to be a kinesiologist and was already a Reiki Master by than!

And I did!! Just one session and his severe allergies to grass, pollens, dust mites and animal dander were all gone!!

I always share this experience with my clients!! In trying to help my son, I was teaching him to give his power away-making him believe others can fix you, that you need to depend on someone else to feel better!

So now when I work with children, I do remote or online session where I chat just with parents! I do not feel hearing of their symptoms constantly is helpful to a child!

When this amazing mama called me, she shared her distress about her 6 year old who had developed severe tics (Head rolling, eye widening, fingers stretching and neck jerking)! Over past 2 months symptoms kept growing and worsening! As she spoke, I kept hearing turre turre!

When I researched I found a condition called Tourette's syndrome for which there is no cure or even management!

I did a healing session where I also addressed in his fear and avoidance of starting school along with few other things!

And this is the feedback I received after 2 weeks! All his tics were gone! And he was loving his new school!!

He was a happy-chappy again and Liliana was completely delighted!!

And I was and am over the moon for the results we achieved!!

My work is to give power back to my clients and when I can help kids realise their own power, my heart lights up!!
